Lawyers, Paralegals, Rehabilitation Centres, Case Management Services, and Medical Assessment Centre’s in tracking their client’s Medical Status on an ongoing basis to ensure NO Medical Issues fall through the cracks.
Physician OHIP Referral Program
is a 24/7 online Portal for Licensed Canadian Physicians to refer the Medical Management of patients who have suffered traumas due to personal injuries.
AI and Deep Machine Learning
Conciergedoc is developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep (Machine) Learning technology to accurately predict the probability of a patient’s Future Medical Prognosis and Future Care Cost Needs.

Mental Health
Conciergedoc provides online Mental Health support from Licensed Canadian Psychiatrists in a timely manner.
Currently, greater than 50% of Conciergedoc’s patient population are being assessed by Psychiatrists on a weekly basis.
Form Completion
Licensed Canadian Physicians complete standard Insurance forms such as OCF-3’s, OCF-18 (Treatment Plans) and OCF-19’s as required, as well as Federal and Provincial Disability Program applications.
