Provides all OHIP Consultation Notes to referring Licensed Physicians

Licensed Canadian Physicians complete standard Insurance forms such as OCF-3's, OCF-18 (Treatment Plans) and OCF-19's
CONCIERGEDOC ensures there is NO negation of the Primary Care Physician's OHIP fees
