• The ability to have patients assessed by Medical Specialists (i.e., such as Psychiatrist, Neurologists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Chronic Pain Specialists) in a timely fashion

• The ability to have Diagnostic Imaging Studies performed in a timely fashion

• Experiencing undo pressure from patient advocates (i.e., lawyers, paralegals, insurance companies etc.) to order Diagnostic Imaging studies if not warranted, to refer to Medical Specialists if not warranted and to fill in questionnaires and or complete insurance documents immediately

Conciergedoc provides an innovative end-to-end concierge Healthcare Delivery Service via Telemedicine Consultations to enhance patient care and to ensure Maximum Medical Recovery is achieved as a patient’s Medical Status is tracked and assessed on timely and ongoing basis.

Conciergedoc’s roster of Telemedicine Physicians and Medical Specialists have extensive experience in completing forms provided by Insurance Companies, Legal Representatives, Rehabilitation Centres and or Third-party Case Management Providers.

Conciergedoc’s network of OHIP covered Family Physicians and Medical Specialists enables patients to be evaluated in a timely fashion.

• Enrolment guarantees a client will be assessed 1~2 times per month by a Family Medicine Physician via OHIP.  This detail alone provides the referral source a sense of calmness knowing their client will be assessed routinely
• All telemedicine consultations result in an OHIP consultation note which documents the medical status of the patient on an ongoing basis
• Family Medicine Telemedicine Consultations subsequently result in referrals to Medical Specialists. These Medical Specialists include but are not limited to:
• Conciergedoc Telemedicine Physicians complete Insurance Forms. These forms include:
  • OCF-3’s
  • OCF-18 Treatment Plans
  • OCF-19’s
• Conciergedoc Telemedicine Physicians schedule Diagnostic Imaging Studies in a timely fashion
• Conciergedoc Telemedicine Physicians schedule appointments with Allied Health Professionals

All Telemedicine Consultations performed in Ontario by Licensed Canadian physicians are covered by OHIP. 

CONCIERGEDOC bills a nominal fee for patients enrolled in the Health Status Monitoring Program.  These fees are utilized to:

• coordinate and ensure the successful scheduling of patients throughout the term of the enrolment
• provide a Health Status Monitoring Report which is updated routinely
